What you will do

• Direct the team owning major parts of the network stack for EC2 distributed AI/ML and HPC systems.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the CI/CD framework for EFA ML and HPC Host stack components.
• Ensure the delivery of functions and features required for the latest and largest ML workloads.
• Partner with product and program management teams to align technical delivery with business needs.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs and development teams within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering team management.
• 10+ years of experience in planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software.
• Strong understanding of systems programming, networks, RDMA, HPC, and HW/SW co-design.
• Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience with the NVIDIA stack.
• Experience with ML applications and frameworks.
• Experience designing and developing large scale, high-traffic applications.
