Onshore Technical Manager (.NET/AWS)

Location: Onsite in Kansas City, KY, United States; no clearance required

Salary: $86,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Work with business stakeholders to discuss requirements, translate them into user stories, and support implementation.
• Coordinate requirements and development activities with offshore teams.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Improve application performance, quality, and responsiveness while identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
• Drive project milestones, review code, and establish development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies or full-stack MEAN/MERN development, including experience as an onshore coordinator.
• Professional experience with .NET Core, C#, microservices, AWS or Azure, Angular or React, and SQL Server.
• Experience with database design, complex SQL queries, performance tuning, modular frontend programming, and frontend unit testing.
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD, DevOps, build, and release pipelines using Visual Studio Code and Git.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, troubleshooting, Agile methodology, and large-scale software delivery.

Nice to have

• AWS or Azure certifications.
• Knowledge or working experience with AI technologies.
