What you will do

• Respond to client inquiries via designated channels within established timeframes.
• Provide guidance on hirify.global VAS Essentials tools functionality and navigation.
• Track and report response times and inquiry volumes using internal tools and spreadsheets.
• Escalate complex technical or contract issues to specialized teams.
• Participate in business reviews and reporting cycles for performance metrics.
• Maintain interaction logs and ensure compliance with security and data handling standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bogota, Colombia.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in monitoring client performance and responding to customer care inquiries.
• Proficiency in fraud screening and transaction management tools.
• Ability to work with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
• Experience in tracking and reporting performance metrics.

Nice to have

• 2 or more years of professional work experience.
• Background in customer support, fraud operations, or risk analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
