What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered solutions with Rovo for customer-specific business challenges.
• Architect enterprise integrations using Python, JavaScript, APIs, microservices, and related technologies.
• Build with customers to influence product direction and resolve last-mile workflow challenges.
• Drive AI-augmented workflow automation and maximize operational and business value.
• Oversee production deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Mentor Senior FDEs and engineers while communicating technical strategies to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of backend software development experience, including 5+ years at principal or staff level.
• 5+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions, including 0-to-1 product development or forward-deployed engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, with experience in APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.
• Experience solving complex ambiguous problems and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience with AI risk assessment, data privacy, GDPR, and regulatory compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Intelligence, Rovo AI, or other hirify.global AI features.
• Familiarity with regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to complex production systems at scale.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
