What you will do

• Define and drive the project’s design vision in alignment with the Creative Director.
• Direct design teams across missions, narrative, level design, and UX implementation.
• Balance feature and content requests from other disciplines against the scope and needs of mission design.
• Evaluate design work throughout development for clarity, balance, depth, and player comprehension.
• Act as the primary client interface for co-development partners, publishers, and the product group on missions and related content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Director, Game Director, or Associate Design Director on a successful PC or console game.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with narrative, level design, art, and audio teams.
• Leadership and mentorship experience, including managing and developing design teams.
• Ability to establish design standards and ensure cohesive, engaging player experiences.
• Passion for innovative game experiences and awareness of industry trends and best practices.

Nice to have

• Mission design experience with a track record of delivering engaging narrative and gameplay-driven content.
