What you will do

• Design game features aligned with the creative direction and gameplay vision.
• Balance gameplay values to create engaging and enjoyable player experiences.
• Collaborate with audio, art, engineering, world, and game design teams to implement cohesive features.
• Test and iterate on features to meet design goals for balance, pacing, and fun.
• Create high-level design documentation for gameplay features and systems.
• Lead focused multidisciplinary design efforts when required.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience as a Game Designer or in a related role, including at least one shipped PC or console title.
• Experience with or strong interest in multiplayer game modes and game structures.
• Deep understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
• Strong problem-solving methodology and a focus on rapid iteration.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and lead focused multidisciplinary efforts.
• Ability to create high-level game design documentation and game concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with live operations and multiplayer game development.
• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of designing for accessibility.
