What you will do

• Drive the vehicles project portfolio, ensuring high quality of work and on-time delivery.
• Manage high-level internal stakeholder relationships and act as the primary business partner for the vehicles business.
• Set the standard for business partnering and integrated project management within the agency.
• Present and "sell" creative work to partners to minimize development churn and maximize effectiveness.
• Analyze business performance and integrate competitive insights and outside-in perspectives into team strategies.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and regional hubs to align global strategy with regional needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a business or account lead in a creative agency managing large global integrated accounts.
• Deep passion for and professional knowledge of car and vehicle culture.
• Proficiency in modern marketing models, including social and experiential campaigns.
• Strong strategic business acumen and executive-level communication and writing skills.
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including the C-suite.
• Must be based in or able to work from Billund, Denmark under a hybrid model (avg. 3 days/week in office)
