What you will do

• Define risk-based test strategies and maintain traceability from requirements to test coverage.
• Lead end-to-end workflow, integration, performance, and resiliency testing for complex features and services.
• Design and maintain scalable UI, API, and performance automation frameworks.
• Diagnose client- and service-level defects using hypothesis-driven debugging and telemetry analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis, improve testability, and propose preventive quality measures.
• Represent QA in planning and design reviews, mentor P1/P2 engineers, and influence acceptance criteria and risk decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in QA or software development with ownership of test strategy and automation.
• Experience with Fusion or similar CAD/CAM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Python.
• Understanding of AI/ML-powered features, non-deterministic behavior, edge cases, and risk in AI systems.

• Mechanical engineering background.
