What you will do

• Own quality throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements and test planning to E2E testing.
• Design and maintain automated regression suites and test cases using Python to improve reliability.
• Coordinate QA activities and shape testing priorities to maintain high release confidence.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams to integrate complex components into scalable solutions.
• Investigate customer issues and perform root cause analysis to implement stronger prevention.
• Evolve QA practices, testability, and engineering efficiency across the Cove product.

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise software QA with a track record of owning complex quality activities.
• Proficiency in test automation development using Python.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows OS internals, including file systems, registry, and boot sequences.
• Practical experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, security fundamentals, and SQL databases.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.
