What you will do

• Manage the monthly closing process, including monitoring intercompany relationships, general ledger vs. sub-ledger breaks, and booking accruals.
• Prepare quarterly financial information for inclusion in the firm's consolidated financial statements filed with the SEC.
• Analyze legal entity regulatory capital requirements in collaboration with Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Corporate Treasury teams.
• Ensure accurate and complete reporting of regulatory information in public reports to authorities.
• Liaise with Product Controllers, Legal, Tax, and Risk teams regarding new product requests and transfer pricing initiatives.
• Prepare standalone entity financial information and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting and/or finance.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• High proficiency with Microsoft software applications.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT.
