Salary: €85,000–€120,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features spanning Java backend APIs, database changes, and TypeScript/Angular interfaces.
• Design backend services for a multi-tenant SaaS platform and optimize MySQL and ClickHouse data models and queries.
• Develop fast, accessible frontend features with robust component architecture, state management, and responsive design.
• Improve performance across the stack and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage.
• Build LLM-powered workflows that help users identify, understand, and resolve data quality issues.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and customers to shape features and product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in a product company.
• Strong Java experience with REST APIs, database interactions, and asynchronous processing.
• TypeScript and experience with a modern frontend framework; Angular is preferred.
• Experience with complex UIs, component architecture, state management, frontend performance, and responsive design.
• Strong SQL and backend database experience, including schema design, query optimization, migrations, and MySQL or ClickHouse.
• Experience with automated testing, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Linux, and production use of AI coding agents.

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products at scale or high-growth startups.
• Python experience in data engineering environments.
• Experience building LLM-powered features, tool-using agents, or AI-driven automation for real users.
• Background in data quality, data management, data observability, or ML monitoring.
