What you will do

• Lead design for the core conversion funnel, including landing experiences, application flows, underwriting, and policy management.
• Mentor and grow a team of product designers, elevating the overall design craft.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, and Brand leaders to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Advance design systems, accessibility standards, and the discipline of experimentation and storytelling.
• Partner with Performance Creative and Brand teams to ensure a connected journey across growth and product surfaces.
• Foster an environment of excellence where team members can grow professionally and personally.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design (UX) experience, including several years leading design teams.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven experience designing complex, decision-heavy B2C journeys in fintech, healthtech, or insurtech.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization, user motivation, and behavior design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information into elegant, actionable flows.
• Portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design craft with a track record of business impact.
