What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for members, providers, and pharmacies via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve inquiries related to mail order, benefit design, formulary coverage, and claims adjudication.
• Assist network pharmacies in processing and reviewing prescription claims against benefit guidelines.
• Support clinical pharmacists with patient outreach, appointment scheduling, and program enrollment.
• Document all interactions within internal systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and internal knowledge systems to deliver a consistent member experience.

Requirements

• Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA).
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a health plan, retail pharmacy, TPA, or PBM contact center.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication, benefit design, and PBM terminology.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across concurrent phone, chat, and email queues.
