Technical Product & Solutions Manager – Networks & Security (Cybersecurity)

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States; in-office 5 days per week. Domestic and international travel of up to 10% is required.

Salary: $100,000–$133,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead networking and security integration for LG digital signage, Remote Monitoring & Management, and Content Management System solutions.
• Serve as the primary networking and cybersecurity subject matter expert for enterprise customers, system integrators, and internal teams.
• Design, validate, troubleshoot, and document connectivity, authentication, cloud, and security architectures across customer environments.
• Build and maintain lab and demonstration networks with switches, routers, wireless infrastructure, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and security controls.
• Support customer security reviews, risk assessments, architecture reviews, vendor questionnaires, onboarding, demonstrations, training, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, and R&D to define requirements and develop secure next-generation software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration, network engineering, network architecture, network operations, or cybersecurity.
• Experience administering and securing switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network monitoring solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, PKI, SSO, EDR/XDR, authentication, encryption, certificate management, MDM, or device provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, routing and switching, multicast networking, Wi-Fi, RESTful APIs, cloud connectivity, and network monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, including packet capture and protocol analysis with Wireshark, tcpdump, or equivalent tools.

Nice to have

• Industrial OT and IoT cybersecurity experience.
• SaaS, PaaS, cloud infrastructure, data orchestration, endpoint deployment, or device management experience.
• Experience with Zero Trust architectures and modern enterprise security frameworks.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, Security+, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Aruba.
• Product management experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, networking, or cybersecurity.
