What you will do

• Research and analyze commercial real estate market conditions, economic indicators, and demographic trends.
• Develop research deliverables including quarterly market reports, white papers, and client presentations.
• Gather and maintain data on property availability, lease/sale transactions, and market activity.
• Partner with Brokerage and Marketing teams to support client pitches and strategic initiatives.
• Utilize AI-powered research tools and data analytics platforms to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues on research resources and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate research, market research, or data analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA, USA.
• Demonstrated curiosity for leveraging AI to improve business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRE platforms such as CoStar, Compstak, Crexi, or Navigator CRE.
• Experience with Location Intelligence tools like ArcGIS or Placer.ai.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience using Claude or other enterprise AI platforms.
