Clinical Success Consultant (Healthcare AI): Supporting hospital teams in onboarding, launching, and optimizing an intelligent clinical imaging platform with an accent on disease-specific workflows, customer adoption, and data-driven care improvement. Focus on analyzing hospital usage, designing clinical interventions, delivering customer training and QBRs, and partnering with sales to drive renewals and expansion.
Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in MN, IA, CO, NM, NE, KS, AR, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Travel of at least 25% within the assigned territory is required.
Salary: $109,999–$125,000 per year

What you will do
- Train internal users and hospital customers on disease-specific programs, care milestones, and Rapid software products.
- Guide customers through onboarding, product launches, and workflow implementation across mobile, web, Insights, and new products.
- Build relationships with hospital stakeholders and provide ongoing product support.
- Design disease-specific workflows, monitor usage and adoption data, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze competency gaps, create interventions, and prepare territory analyses and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Partner with sales on renewals, upselling, cross-selling, customer success stories, and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Nursing.
- At least 3 years of disease-specific leadership or hospital customer success experience.
- At least 5 years of acute clinical care experience in stroke, PE, STEMI, or emergency department leadership.
- Neurovascular leadership experience, preferably as a stroke program coordinator or manager.
- Advanced disease-specific certification such as SCRN or CCRN is strongly preferred.
- Strong data analysis, presentation, interpersonal, customer-facing, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Nice to have
- Clinical experience in the medical device or SaaS industry.
- Experience working with new tools and technology in changing environments.
