What you will do

• Architect and deploy MCP-based data interfaces, tool servers, function-calling workflows, and structured schemas across enterprise data sources.
• Build lakehouse data pipelines, vector search, and hybrid RAG layers using Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
• Work directly with client data and engineering leaders to discover requirements, lead architecture reviews, and deliver production PoCs.
• Implement LLM evaluation, observability, hallucination tracking, and retrieval quality frameworks.
• Enforce ACLs, multi-tenant isolation, row- and column-level permissions, and zero-data-leakage controls with security teams.

Requirements

• Production experience building multi-agent systems, RAG platforms, and MCP servers with frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• 5+ years of experience with Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, SQL, and Python, including high-QPS query optimization and unstructured document processing.
• Strong quantitative, statistical, or applied machine learning background, supported by an M.S., Ph.D., or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience leading technical discovery, architecture discussions, stakeholder communication, and co-engineering with clients.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY and alongside client technical teams.
