What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain test frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure for hirify.global console software development.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with Quality and Development teams to enable isolation testing of hardware and software components.
• Construct telemetry systems and dashboards to facilitate data-driven technical decisions.
• Build specialized tooling for AI-driven testing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience developing scalable testing tools and frameworks in Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Mocha.js) and mobile automation for Android and/or iOS.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques for test case generation, log analysis, or workflow automation.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA, and follow the hybrid working policy.

Nice to have

• Experience with test/build automation on PCs, consoles, or other embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Node, React Native/Web, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker-based test environments.
• Background in the game industry.
• Experience integrating or building tools powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
