What you will do

• Monitor, verify, and document the operation of plant machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and adjust operating conditions, including temperatures, pressures, and fluid levels.
• Maintain material handling systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
• Identify and report safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
• Assist with sampling incoming materials and documenting yield percentages for QA/QC.
• Perform general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and have the ability to perform duties on-site in Fairless Hills, PA.
• 3+ years of industrial, plant, or military experience with a high school diploma, or 1+ years with an associate degree.
• Ability to read and strictly follow operating manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Accurate hand-eye coordination for operating mobile equipment and valves.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including occasional Saturdays.

• Experience working in an Energy-from-Waste plant or similar industrial environment.
