What you will do

• Lead COGS deep dives and deliver detailed SKU-level variance analysis with driver commentary.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory reviews, focusing on DIO and cash-improvement opportunities.
• Challenge savings delivery (VCP) and manage quarterly transfer-price reviews.
• Own regional business planning, including bottom-up cost builds and inflation interpretation.
• Collaborate with GBS to automate routine reporting and migrate analysis into Power BI.
• Act as a finance partner to Supply Chain and Procurement for strategic business cases.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred).
• Solid finance experience in FMCG or manufacturing supply-chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of COGS, standard costing, inventory, logistics, and business waste.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/SAP.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Katowice HUB (Poland).
• Strong communication skills for challenging stakeholders across different cultures and seniorities.
