What you will do

• Build clear processes for partner onboarding, activation, communication, and performance reporting.
• Create internal playbooks, templates, and operating workflows to accelerate partnership team scaling.
• Manage partner communications across Telegram, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
• Launch acquisition campaigns to attract new affiliates, IBs, influencers, and regional business partners.
• Build and optimize partner acquisition funnels, including landing pages, lead forms, and Telegram flows.
• Produce partner enablement assets, such as social kits, product explainers, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, affiliate, partnership, or growth marketing.
• Background in crypto, CFD, forex, trading, fintech, or iGaming industries.
• Strong understanding of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partner acquisition/activation funnels.
• Proven ability to manage community groups and communications via Telegram and WhatsApp.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate campaigns across multiple regions and stakeholders.
• Excellent written English proficiency.
