Affiliate Business Development (Crypto)

Location: United Arab Emirates; remote-first, work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the nature of the role and team.

What you will do

• Grow the affiliate network through proactive outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, KOLs, trading communities, and other channel partners.
• Support negotiations, onboarding, documentation, and due diligence for new affiliates while managing existing partner relationships.
• Drive user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution through joint campaigns, incentive programs, and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behavior, lifecycle performance, and internal data to optimize channel efficiency.
• Monitor affiliate metrics, competitor programs, commission structures, industry trends, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and developers to provide affiliate assets, tools, system improvements, issue resolution, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in crypto, FX, CFD, trading platforms, or related financial industries.
• Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms; crypto familiarity is a strong plus.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, key account management, B2B partnership management, marketing, or public relations.
• Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems.
• Strong relationship management, stakeholder communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalism.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, including the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends.
• Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Strong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, suspicious trading activity, wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, scams, manipulation, and non-compliant traffic sources.
• Fluency in English is required; the role coordinates with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets.
• Additional language skills.
• Crypto familiarity within exchange affiliate ecosystems.
