Senior Regional Sales Specialist, Mandarin Speaking Region (Crypto)

What you will do

• Build and develop affiliate networks involving high-net-worth clients, professional traders, and active crypto communities.
• Source and manage partnerships with crypto KOLs, influencers, media channels, and referral partners.
• Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and trading groups, connecting them with OTC, VIP, and institutional-grade products.
• Design locally relevant user acquisition strategies for the Mandarin-speaking market.
• Monitor crypto regulations, competitor activity, and community sentiment, sharing market insights with regional and global leadership.
• Track acquisition OKRs, including registrations, deposit conversion, trading volume, and retention, and optimize performance based on data.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech, or financial services, with a track record of building affiliate networks or business development pipelines.
• Experience in business development or affiliate management, including referral economics, commission structures, and partner lifecycle management.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills, with knowledge of acquisition metrics such as CPA, LTV, deposit conversion, and volume per referred user.
• Fluent Mandarin is required for daily communication with global headquarters and local partners.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and develop execution plans.

• Knowledge of blockchain technology, DeFi, and crypto payments.
• Existing relationships with Mandarin-speaking financial media, fintech associations, or institutional broker networks.
