TL;DR
IB Manager (Forex/Fintech): Developing client and Introducing Broker relationships, promoting forex products, and supporting account opening and trading with an accent on business development, market research, and customer management. Focus on expanding agent and IB networks, analyzing market trends, and increasing sales across financial products.

Location: Remote, based in China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong

International fintech group developing online trading products for forex, CFDs, commodities, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and other assets.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and Introducing Brokers.
  • Promote forex products and services through phone and email communication.
  • Conduct market research and provide market analysis to clients.
  • Support account opening and forex trading activities.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Expand the agent and IB network and contribute to sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of business development experience in Forex, FinTech, Crypto, or a related industry.
  • Excellent Mandarin and English language skills.
  • Knowledge of hedging and liquidity products.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure.
