Salary: BRL 346,800 - 510,000

What you will do

• Lead customers in the strategic application of hirify.global and Observability practices to meet technical and business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor on telemetry schema design and data modeling to ensure data is queryable and durable.
• Coach and mentor engineering teams on SRE concepts and instrumentation best practices.
• Troubleshoot and develop complex sociotechnical solutions for high-value customer issues.
• Create high-quality technical content, including reference architectures, white papers, and training materials.
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal Engineering and Product Management teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in OpenTelemetry, its projects, components, SDKs, and the broader ecosystem.
• Strong ability to model telemetry data and design for long-term queryability and cardinality.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Ruby, Python, Go, JavaScript, Java, or .NET.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Previous experience in Software Development or System Operations for distributed systems at scale.
• Must be based in Brazil; the company cannot sponsor or support visa transfers.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Consulting.
• Deep understanding of Distributed Tracing concepts such as Context Propagation and Sampling.
• Experience defining internal observability standards and telemetry governance practices.
• Public speaking experience, including conference talks or webinars.
