What you will do

• Manage the integrity and accuracy of Service and Security Assurance Case Reports (SACR/SecACR).
• Act as the assurance decision authority and participate in governance forums like Service & Security Assurance Boards.
• Assess the impact of technical, operational, and organizational changes on service assurance.
• Oversee project transitions into service, ensuring all assurance deliverables are reviewed and approved prior to entry.
• Manage traceability between requirements, design, evidence, and assurance arguments.
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to agree on scope, approach, and delivery plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in service, security, or safety assurance within complex or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of service or security lifecycle assurance and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in one of the specified UK offices
