Salary: Up to £125,000 + discretionary bonus

Что делать

• Define, develop and implement the Group-wide GRC strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and embed governance frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement across governance, risk management, compliance and ITGC programmes.
• Monitor and assess third-party suppliers and systems integrators against security and compliance obligations.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to Executive Leadership, Audit Committee and Board-level stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing GRC team.

Требования

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Manchester Area, UK.
• Significant experience within Governance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management position.
• Proven experience operating within large, complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management methodologies and compliance practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
