TL;DR
Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Leading and evolving the enterprise-wide GRC function with an accent on strengthening information security governance and enhancing IT General Controls. Focus on defining strategic roadmaps, embedding risk awareness, and reporting to executive leadership and the Board.
Location: Must be based in Manchester Area, United Kingdom (On-site)
Salary: Up to £125,000 + discretionary bonus

Что делать
- Define, develop and implement the Group-wide GRC strategy and roadmap.
- Establish and embed governance frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
- Drive continuous improvement across governance, risk management, compliance and ITGC programmes.
- Monitor and assess third-party suppliers and systems integrators against security and compliance obligations.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to Executive Leadership, Audit Committee and Board-level stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing GRC team.
Требования
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Manchester Area, UK.
- Significant experience within Governance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management position.
- Proven experience operating within large, complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management methodologies and compliance practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
