Salary: USD 33.22–44.18 per hour (approximately USD 5,315–7,069 per month based on 160 hours).

What you will do

• Continuously monitor plant systems and operating conditions, maintaining logs and calculations.
• Respond to operational alarms and abnormal system conditions with immediate corrective action.
• Execute plant shutdown and startup procedures while meeting generation requirements safely and efficiently.
• Guide Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators during routine operations and critical events.
• Manage emergency priorities and provide clear operational, safety, and environmental direction.
• Train operators on power facility systems, components, and steam-cycle operating principles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of the ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam within the first year is required.
• Strong leadership, motivational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and schematic specifications.
• Ability to remain alert while seated for extended periods and work rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and required overtime.
• Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, lift or carry up to 50 pounds, work at heights and in confined spaces, wear a full-face respirator, and work in varied weather conditions.
