What you will do

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the Cybersecurity portfolio, covering training data, RL environments, agentic task suites, and evaluation products.
• Define capability maps for vulnerability discovery, proof-of-concept reproduction, patch generation, and secure code review.
• Partner with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specifications and grader design with execution-grounded verification.
• Drive the infrastructure roadmap for reproducible vulnerability images, sandboxed execution, and automated verification.
• Establish governance for data quality, contamination prevention, and IP hygiene.
• Recruit and manage a network of vulnerability researchers, exploit developers, and malware analysts.

Requirements

• Direct experience in cybersecurity, such as vulnerability research, fuzzing, red teaming, or a record of published CVEs.
• 5+ years in product management, technical program management, or equivalent depth as a security practitioner.
• Knowledge of the AI-for-security evaluation landscape (e.g., CyberGym, CVE-Bench, BountyBench).
• Software engineering depth to read unfamiliar code and reason about runtime behavior.
• Familiarity with model post-training, agentic scaffolds, and container-based rollout infrastructure.
• Based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.
