Location: Monterrey, Mexico; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 remote day, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What you will do

• Manage operational workflows for designated accounts while providing responsive customer service.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, shipment problems, and order delays.
• Schedule freight pickup and delivery appointments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Enter and build orders in the proprietary transportation management system.
• Verify freight charges, resolve accounting discrepancies, and prepare documentation before invoicing.
• Coordinate with customer and carrier account teams to resolve shipment-related issues.

Requirements

• Proficient English and Spanish for verbal and written communication.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to shift focus quickly in response to changing operational demands.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
