What you will do

• Program CNC multi-axis, milling, and turning machines.
• Check and adjust solid models for CAM requirements and create or edit CNC programs.
• Customize and develop CAD applications in Solid Edge and CAM applications in Edgecam.
• Optimize tooling selection and support machining process development.
• Resolve programming issues on the shop floor and manage work orders and revision control.
• Contribute to process optimization across the programming department and manufacturing floor.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience programming turning and milling operations with CAD/CAM software.
• Knowledge of Edgecam and Solid Edge.
• Experience with work order management and revision control.
• Machining and process development expertise.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments and use required personal protective equipment on the factory floor.
