What you will do

• Manage account workflows, deliverables, timelines, and daily client communication.
• Create press kits, releases, media alerts, fact sheets, biographies, and case studies.
• Build media relationships, pitch client stories, monitor coverage, and identify speaking opportunities.
• Develop strategic communication and media plans aligned with client PR strategies.
• Support new business proposals, presentations, and client brainstorming sessions.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior-level staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or a related field.
• 2–3 years of PR agency experience, preferably with corporate or B2B clients.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, client relationship, and supervisory skills.
• Strong pitching, account management, time management, leadership, and motivation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from Miami or Tampa, Florida.
