PR & Communications Manager (B2B)

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies for B2B clients across earned and owned channels.
• Manage media outreach, press releases, bylines, analyst briefings, and award submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade, business, and tech press relevant to client ICPs.
• Lead executive positioning programs, including media training, thought leadership, and podcast placements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure communications programs align with broader client strategies.
• Track and report program performance against KPIs, focusing on share of voice and pipeline influence.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in PR and communications.
• Agency experience required.
• B2B or B2B tech experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of earning meaningful media coverage.
• Ability to translate complex B2B narratives into sharp, compelling pitches.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in public relations or communications.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance research, targeting, and workflows.
