Salary: $211,200 - $264,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define product strategy for CTV User Understanding, establishing durable privacy-conscious identity across devices like connecting CTV with mobile signals.
  • Extract value from 1P and 3P data sources such as UPT and Lotame to power ML models.
  • Enable advertisers to include and exclude 1P audience lists at scale.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to execute roadmap turning complex data into business impact.
  • Own horizontal layer of ads stack shaping targeting and identity in privacy-first world.

Requirements

  • 9–12 years of experience, with 8+ years in Product Management
  • Proven track record owning platform, infrastructure, or data-driven products end-to-end
  • Experience defining ambiguous problem spaces and translating into clear product strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset for decisions in data-sparse environments
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and ability to translate into scalable solutions
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, globally distributed teams

Nice to have

  • Experience in ad tech, CTV, identity, targeting, or machine learning systems
  • Track record building and scaling B2B products in high-growth environments
