What you will do

• Manage account workflows, own deliverables, and drive consistent media results.
• Create press kits, releases, media alerts, fact sheets, biographies, case studies, and other media materials.
• Build relationships with journalists and identify media placements and speaking opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic communication and media plans aligned with client objectives.
• Interact with clients daily to report results, provide updates, and advise on PR strategy.
• Support new business proposals, participate in creative brainstorming, and guide junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or a related field.
• 2–3 years of PR agency experience, preferably with corporate-focused clients.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven client relations, account management, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Creative and energetic approach to public relations work.
