What you will do

• Oversee daily debit card servicing operations, including administration and dispute processing.
• Manage a blended team responsible for card issuance, replacement, and reissuance.
• Ensure full compliance with Regulation E (Reg E) timeframes and provisional credit requirements.
• Maintain controls over card inventory forecasting, tracking, and shrinkage prevention.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Fraud teams to ensure operational integrity.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for audits, exams, and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial institution operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Proven expertise in debit card services, chargebacks, and Reg E investigations.
• Strong understanding of card network rules, specifically Mastercard.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

• Experience working with Marqueta debit card products.
