What you will do

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the air freight product within the Moroccan market.
• Manage and develop service provider relationships to ensure best-in-class procurement and operational excellence.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing the monthly P&L, monitoring net revenue, and optimizing yield.
• Support sales and customer retention efforts through regular client engagement and providing competitive pricing and routing solutions.
• Lead, coach, and provide professional development for the local air freight team.
• Oversee full operational compliance and promote digitalization to improve departmental accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in air freight product management and commercial strategy.
• Strong ability to manage RFQs and RFIs with competitive market solutions.
• Experience in managing relationships with carriers, vendors, and local authorities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team building, coaching, and personnel management.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed tactical business plans.
• Location: Ability to operate and manage activities across Morocco
