What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage privileged access management systems, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Monitor PAM activity and alerts, investigate potential breaches or policy violations, and address security gaps.
• Conduct PAM audits and assessments, collaborate with auditors, and provide supporting evidence.
• Design and implement closed-loop credential management workflows and improve privileged security baselines across territories and business areas.
• Make security recommendations based on NIST, NCSC, CIS, and related best practices while working autonomously on complex projects.
• Mentor and support other team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• CyberArk certification at least at Defender level.
• Recent hands-on administration and configuration experience with CyberArk and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of identity governance and administration platforms, preferably One Identity.
• Expertise in cross-platform scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of legacy and modern authentication protocols, access controls, and identity lifecycle management.
• Understanding of Web APIs, security standards, and threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE.
