What you will do

• Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes and review access requests from the business.
• Manage access reviews, entitlement management, and privileged access management processes.
• Identify repetitive operational tasks and develop automation solutions using PowerShell and APIs.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration-as-code initiatives.
• Build monitoring and operational dashboards to increase visibility and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate IAM services into internal platforms and products.

Requirements

• Experience with scripting or programming, specifically PowerShell.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Genuine interest in technology, automation, and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset and desire to optimize existing processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Graph.
• Familiarity with Azure, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or automation platforms.
• Understanding of authentication technologies like SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, or Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of IAM principles, including least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC).
