What you will do

• Provide timely and effective support for company IT systems.
• Resolve Layer 1 and Layer 2 incidents and service requests.
• Administer and operate a range of IT tools and systems.
• Support Windows and macOS environments and SaaS applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of full-time experience in an IT ServiceDesk role.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira Service Desk.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and solution-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• SaaS or cloud tooling administration experience.
• OneLogin SSO administration experience, including groups and mappings.
• Agentic AI experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining Jira automations or configuring service portals.
