Head of Cards (Fintech)

Location: Lithuania; fully remote

International fintech company providing eMoney accounts, GBP business accounts, virtual cards, carbon tracking, and ad spend insights for UK-based small and medium-sized businesses.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy for competitive and commercially attractive card products.
• Define, launch, and continuously improve virtual, physical, debit, and prepaid cards.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from market research and business cases through launch, optimization, and scaling.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve product positioning, differentiation, and commercial adoption.
• Work with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Visa, Mastercard, processors, and BIN sponsors to deliver new capabilities.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to identify growth opportunities and increase usage and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cards Product Management, Head of Cards, Cards Business, or a similar role within a fintech, EMI, PSP, or bank.
• Proven experience launching and scaling successful card products from product and commercial perspectives.
• Deep understanding of card issuing, Visa and Mastercard schemes, BIN sponsorship, processing, card economics, and customer journeys.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to translate market needs into commercially successful solutions.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments with high ownership and fast decision-making.
• English and Russian required.
