Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii

Salary: $152K–$176.7K base salary annually, plus equity; the stated range does not include a bonus for this role.

What you will do

• Own the affiliate marketing channel end to end, including investment decisions, partner strategy, forecasting, roadmap, and the patient journey.
• Recruit, negotiate with, and grow high-quality publisher and affiliate partners.
• Manage and optimize large partner budgets and spend exceeding $1M per month.
• Oversee affiliate tracking, attribution, commissions, payouts, fraud prevention, compliance, and quality auditing.
• Manage dotted-line contributors, including an Affiliate Specialist, external contractor, and virtual assistants.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Provider Success, and executive leadership to diagnose issues and improve channel outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience directly executing and managing affiliate marketing programs.
• Expertise with affiliate networks and platforms such as Impact, Commission Junction, Rakuten, or Partnerize.
• Strong understanding of partner onboarding, tracking setup, commission and payout structures, and optimization levers.
• Experience managing data-driven, ROI-based programs at partner or state-level granularity.
• Experience with affiliate attribution and fraud or compliance auditing.
• Must be based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Impact.
• Experience leading a team, virtual assistants, or affiliate specialists.
• Experience with marketplace, directory, or retail partners such as Psychology Today, ZocDoc, or Amazon.
• Experience building or leveraging AI agents to automate affiliate operations.
• Proficiency with Looker or equivalent data visualization tools and first-party data integration platforms such as Freshpaint or Segment.
