Head of Cards (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid work

Salary: 4,000–8,000 EUR per month

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy for competitive and commercially attractive card products.
• Define, launch, and improve virtual, physical, debit, and prepaid card offerings.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from market research and business cases through launch, optimization, and scaling.
• Work with Sales to improve product positioning, differentiation, and market adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Visa, Mastercard, processors, and BIN sponsors to deliver new capabilities.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to increase adoption, usage, and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cards Product Management, Head of Cards, Cards Business, fintech, EMI, PSP, or banking roles.
• Track record of launching and scaling card products from product and commercial perspectives.
• Deep knowledge of card issuing, Visa and Mastercard schemes, BIN sponsorship, processing, card economics, and customer journeys.
• Strong product mindset and ability to translate market needs into commercially successful solutions.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments with high ownership and fast decision-making.
• English and Russian required.
