What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Cards product strategy to ensure offerings are competitive and commercially attractive.
• Define, launch, and improve virtual, physical, debit, and prepaid card products.
• Collaborate with Sales to create products that are easily positioned and differentiated in target markets.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from market research and business case development to scaling.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and partners like Visa, Mastercard, and BIN sponsors.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to maximize adoption and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cards Product Management or similar roles within fintech, EMI, PSP, or banking.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful card products commercially.
• Deep knowledge of card issuing, schemes (Visa/Mastercard), BIN sponsorship, and card economics.
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments with high ownership.
• Languages: English and Russian are required.
