What you will do

• Own end-to-end design processes from initial problem discovery to production-ready high-fidelity solutions.
• Conduct qualitative research, synthesize behavioral signals, and partner with UX researchers to translate findings into design implications.
• Lead the creation of wireframes, interaction designs, and prototypes to validate core user-facing assumptions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams to shape roadmaps and ensure implementation intent is captured.
• Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product or UX design with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex digital products.
• Must have the legal right to work and live in the UK.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the Milton Park or Bengaluru office.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems at scale.
• Strong interaction design skills, including handling edge cases, transitions, and error states.
• Ability to interpret behavioral analytics, funnel reports, and session data.
