Product Designer (Insurtech)

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

What you will do

• Design and prototype simple, low-friction digital experiences from concept to launch.
• Create UI assets and collaborate on a unified design system across multiple brands.
• Conduct user research and user testing to inform design decisions and improve UX.
• Perform design audits and propose improvements to ensure quality and consistency.
• Work within a cross-functional Product Squad alongside managers, analysts, and engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design and the decision-making process.
• Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to translate user research findings into actionable insights.
• Must be based in the UK with a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (minimum 1 year remaining).
