Salary: $146,000–$204,500 total cash annually, with potential increases up to $233,500 based on sustained performance

What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve scalable full-stack services and partner-facing customer experiences.
• Develop frontend and backend code with strong maintainability, observability, security, and operational excellence.
• Design low-level systems, APIs, data models, and reusable integration patterns across services.
• Own the complete lifecycle of features and services, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with product, design, and partner engineering teams to turn customer and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled capabilities in real-world products and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience building and operating production software services and full-stack applications.
• Ownership of software services or components across design, implementation, quality, deployment, and operational health.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, low-level system design, API design, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with modern web technologies, frameworks, service architectures, and AI-driven tools or workflows.
• Experience with instrumentation, observability, alerting, performance optimization, reliability engineering, experimentation, or incident response.

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-service or multi-component architectures and cross-system integrations.
• Experience with A/B testing or analytics-driven product and technical decisions.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities and guiding responsible adoption of AI tooling.
