What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and configuration of Palo Alto Networks solutions including NGFW, Panorama, and Prisma suites.
• Architect Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) frameworks aligned with federal mandates and SD-WAN requirements.
• Implement Prisma Cloud for CSPM, CWP, and compliance monitoring against NIST and DoD standards.
• Develop and maintain critical security documentation including System Security Plans (SSPs) and ATO support artifacts.
• Provide technical mentorship to internal teams and act as a trusted security advisor to government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business development teams to support proposal efforts and solution scoping.

Requirements

• Must be located in the DC Metro Area for hybrid support.
• Active PCNSE and PCCSE certifications.
• Active Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Specialization.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks enterprise security solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with federal compliance frameworks (NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC).
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance.

Nice to have

• Active DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with GRC platforms like Xacta or eMASS.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Professional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
