What you will do
- Build comprehensive, well-structured test plans and detailed test cases.
- Execute manual, automated, and API tests, performing deep analysis of results.
- Validate REST and SOAP APIs, focusing on request/response verification, authentication, and error handling.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, Azure DevOps, and other management tools.
- Perform thorough regression testing to ensure stable software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA and software testing, including manual execution.
- Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, or ReadyAPI.
- Experience testing .NET or JavaScript-based web applications and Windows desktop applications.
- Experience with defect and test management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to create detailed test plans and analyze complex test results.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining automated test scripts or frameworks.
- Experience with additional test automation tooling beyond the core stack.
