What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support highly scalable and reliable backend features and microservices.
• Build cloud-based collaboration and chat services for enterprise messaging experiences.
• Own features end to end, from design documents and technical reviews through acceptance testing and deployment.
• Use AWS, Go, TypeScript, Node.js, Redis, and related technologies to deliver platform components.
• Apply security, logging, metrics, test automation, and global compliance requirements throughout development.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions for distributed systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with extensive server-side development.
• Willingness to work day to day with Node.js, TypeScript, and Go.
• Experience across the full application lifecycle, including development, deployment, and production support.
• Hands-on experience building REST API backend services.
• Familiarity with NoSQL or relational databases.
• Experience with unit testing and test automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and Kinesis.
• Knowledge of scalability, availability, and distributed systems.
• Experience with JavaScript, Java, or additional programming languages.
