What you will do

• Develop digital-first strategies across brand, social, web, display, email, and emerging channels.
• Translate customer objectives, market insights, and performance data into actionable creative briefs.
• Partner with Creative Leads, Designers, and Copywriters to develop compelling creative concepts.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers by providing strategic guidance.
• Apply AI tools throughout the research, ideation, and concept optimization process.
• Contribute to testing frameworks that improve creative performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy within a creative, advertising, digital, or marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and platform-specific storytelling.
• Proven ability to turn research and performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with customer-facing experience.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research and strategy development.
